AT&T certainly bore the brunt of people's outrage over the BSDI+Net/2 suit, but that doesn't mean Novell has in any way improved the situation. I've seen no indication that USL under Novell is any less obnoxious than it was under AT&T. The suit still continues. Novell has done *nothing* to change the status quo.
