Hallo everybody,
maybe it's a FAQ, but I can read this group just for a few days.
I've installed 386BSD and X (XFree86). The Chipset on my Trident is
TVGA 8900CL.
The problem:
When I start X386 the server immediately terminates with NO error
messages ("X 2>&1 > /tmp/bla"). The Xconfig-file contains the clocks and
chipset statements like in the README.trident file advised.
What is the problem, should I try ET4000 ?
Thanx for your help
Juergen
