They are com-0.2.tar.Z, intr-0.0.tar.Z, and npx-0.4.tar.Z. However installing this stuff is sort of a mess. So you may prefer to use the kernel sources that are in the same place as sys.386bsd.tar.Z. It includes bde's patches and many of the 0.2.2 patches. See the README for details. I suggest first retrieviing 386bsd, which is prebuilt kernel (GENERICISA). Apparently one of the patches doesn't work with all combinations of processor and floating point hardware. A couple of people have reported the kernels built from these sources don't work on their system. So I suggest trying out the prebuilt kernel to see if it's going to work before proceeding further.
