You will probably find that the driver is in object format, i.e. it has been compiled to produce a set of Driver.o's (one for each kernel) which is then linked into any of the above kernels. I would be surprised if you could find one that linked into 386BSD. If you could persuade the manufacturers to release the source, you may be able to hack it around to get it to link in. Writing/hacking device drivers is not for the faint hearted though.
