Ingres comilpiles with only minor mods.
Postgres is too large for me to try (45MB) and it is only configured
for Sun and Dec from what I can see in the docs. It also needs some
calls like shmget(), shmop(), shmctl() which are for shared memory.
I can not find a reference to these in BSD so I presume the needed
shared memory support for Postgres is not there.
