POSIX compliance is useful, but not useful enough that I'd want to see a hairy
mechanism like this added to cover what's really a pretty rare case. And
REMOVING useful feedback (like ETXTBSY instead of EBUSY) to satisfy POSIX
seems pretty bogus.
