Does anybody know why it can not read files in rockridge format ?  I
mean you see the shorter names but you should be able to copy them to
your hard drive, for instance. 

What is funny (or tragic) is that you can "ls -l" the files and if you
look in the kernel code (and put printfs' there) you can see that it
breaks in "bread" with an exit error code 22. Does anybody know what
this error is ??
