USL given up?? Not unless they've done that in the last 24hrs!
Status so far :-
USL asked for BSDI to be prevented from distribution production systems
Judge turned request down
USL appealed
Judge turned appeal down
USL are still continue with the rest of the case...
Menawhile, BSDI shipped me V1.0 and I installed it last night.
I'm happy...
