Bad block mapping and timeout fixes for the wd.c driver. A new floppy driver from Julian. Revised tcp_sendspace tcp_recvspace patch. NOTE: this is not availiable on the other hosts that have the patch kit. This is for experimental patches that may or may not work on all systems.
