Yes. One of them on a 486 box with the card configured to 16k, but the kernel
configured to 8k (yes, sixteen on the card and eight on the box); the other
one on a 386 box with both set to 16k.

Both boxes have the WD8013 define defined. The 386 box does not warm-boot
because some awful things happen to its VGA. But that's not a problem so
I just let it be that way.
