Why? Date: Mon, 26 Apr 1993 00:21:48 GMT Message-ID: <C62ECC.7qL@news.cso.uiuc.edu> Sender: usenet@news.cso.uiuc.edu (Net Noise owner) Organization: University of Illinois at Urbana Lines: 20 Hello all... I have noticed that the 386BSD console entry has changes from the stock 386BSD 0.1 to NetBSD 0.8. I mainly noticed because my cursor keys did not work in Elvis when using the console along with the PC3 termcap entry... They work in an Xterm, and they work on the VT100 hooked up to the serial port.. My question to the NetBSD people, and any other termcap gurus is why? I seem to recall things working perfectly fine under 386BSD with its' termcap entry... Any clues appreciated....
