Anyone know where I can find one? Its worse than that. expr does not handle: parens, string expressions that happen to be numeric, division by zero, or regular expression error messages. Many of the same bugs are found in GNU expr, although both programs are derrived from separate sources. I have submitted fixes to all of these problems to the patchkit maintainers, and it is likely that it will be in the next patchkit. Until then, email me and I'll send you a copy. -- J.T.
