I'm buying a Toshiba hard drive that has a SCSI-2 interface and I
was wondering if the Adaptec 1542C controller card works with
Net/386BSD. The install notes only mention the 1542B.

Both interface cards cost the same price, $239.00. But the C
deals with SCSI-2 while the B doesn't. The Toshiba drive is
compatible with SCSI-1, so it could work with the B, but for the
same price, I could get the C and better performance ;)

I'd appreciate any info/advice on the Adaptec controller cards.

thanks,

-Sam
