The only catch is that the device names in the /etc/ttys file provided with NetBSD bear no resemblance to reality; in /etc/ttys they are listed as /dev/com01 and /dev/com02, when they are in reality /dev/com0 and /dev/com1. Of course, in my case "terminal" is a DECmate II running either OS/278 or CP/M as the whim strikes me. Which brings me to _my_ question: has anyone got C-Kermit running under 386BSD or NetBSD? I've tried making it either bsd or posix, neither of which manages to compile. Roger Ivie ivie@cc.usu.edu
