Sites carrying the files from ( the defunct :-( ) ref (for ex.
agate.berkeley.edu in ../386bsd-0.1/unofficial/from-ref/public)
have pdksh v.4.5 for 386bsd.
BTW, I was able to compile pdksh-4.8 under 386bsd using the
files which were modified for pdksh-4.5.
