Yes. I've been trying to conduct a discussion with him as well, but it
just gets nowhere because he evades any questions concerning his
qualifications for wasting so many people's time.

He's just too immature to be trusted with an internet account.

Has anyone tried e-mailing to the sys-admin over there? Perhaps one of
us (Hell, I'll do it if I have to) can serve as a place for all of us to
e-mail in order to add our names to a nice little letter to his
sys-admin asking that his account be terminated with extreme predudice.
It might carry some weight if it had, say, 25 or more e-mail addresses
tacked to the end of it.
