I just upgraded from patchkit 0.2.2 to 0.2.3
How can I start using the printer drivers
that come with the patchkit? Symptoms:

1) with /dev/lp0, I get a reboot if I try to print
   using lpr.

2) with /dev/lpa0 or /dev/lpa0p, I get only empty
   sheets of paper.

What am I missing? Everything compiles OK, no *.rej
files were created, and whichever printing device
I have selected in my kernel configuration file
shows up OK at autoboot. I ran MAKEDEV and linked /dev/lp
to whichever driver I had selected for testing. I tried
edited /etc/printcap a little, but to no avail...

Thanks!
