The suggestion of sending a note to the system administrator is a good
one (with each annoyed user sending him a note).  Why not be courteous
enough to forward him a COPY of Mr. Monroy's note, so that after reading
200 or so copies, he will be impressed by the waste of bandwidth and the
senseless drivel he is allowing to reach the general public.
