I phoned up about an ad in Computer Shopper about a motherboard for this beast, and being a cautious chap I enquired as to what sort of motherboard it was. 'Dunno the make, but its made in Taiwan, and has the SIS chipset'. So, will it work with bsd, or will it suffer from those pesky cache invalidation bugs? The MB in question will be 486DX2-66 EISA. BTW, I'm trying to put together a list of hardware that don't work with {386,net}bsd to benefit those in just such a position as I, so if you've had hardware problems, mail me. If mail to cyb!loodvrij@fredbox.cts.com bounces, you can say loodvrij@fredbox.cts.com instead, it just means I have to forward it to my box manually. I should be getting a properly registered domain of me own soon anyhow. Bruce -- _______________________________ Bruce J.
