Anyone know what causes this error?

myrddin # rcp test paul@nemesis:test
rcmd: socket: Permission denied

I can't rcp to anywhere, all my othere machines can rcp to each other
but I can' rcp out of my 386bsd box. Any ideas?

(I specifically need rcp rather than ftp becuase the machine I want to
send files to doesn't have an ftp daemon).
