It says, something like this: wd0 CONNER 3204/F (200M) 0x1F irq14 on ISA but nothing about the Maxtor disk, I supposse wd1. - Second, after making the Unix partition with fdisk, type 165, on Conner disk, and running the 'install' program of boot diskette; it doesn't boot the hard disk when the active partition is the Unix one, however, it's possible to boot with the diskette and mount the hard disk. My configuration is: - 486/33 - 8 Mb RAM - 2 hard disk: master: Conner 3204/F 200M ( 195 M Unix and 5M DOS ) slave: Maxtor 240M ( whole disk for DOS ) - 3 1/2 and 5 1/4 diskettes - 2 serial ports - 1 printer port - Soundblaster 2.0 I am new in 386BSD, so sorry if this question is a FAQ one, Thanks in advance Antonio Ruiz _____________________________________________________________________________ Antonio Ruiz Cantera e-mail: cantera@dit.upm.es Dpto.
