If it has been wiped from there, you will be able to get it from dale.chu.cam.ac.uk, in /pub, but this machine is not always switched on (afternoons and evenings UK time only). This is an alpha release; please DON'T download it if you want a nice, reliable shared library package. DON'T download it if you can't hack around a bit to try to make it work, and can report bugs that you find.
