Case 2: if you have jumper-only wd8003e card, then manually jumper the setting in your card like this: THIS IS FOR EtherLink Board ! io base 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0 H L H L L L L L L L irq (on J6) 3 4 5 6 7 2 H ram I am not sure about this. Case 3: If you have software configurable board and you don't have that floppy, tought luck guys!
