Make sure, you are at pachkit 0.2.3 for 386bsd0.1. This patchkit has fixed the problem with floating points. gcc 2.3.3 was worse to compile, enquire.c fails, but the correct action in this case was to ignore the error and go on further, you also got a functioning compiler :-).
