I first "stty -f /dev/com1 -hupcl". I Then via Kermit I try to "set line /dev/com1". At this point I get an error message "/dev/com1: Sorry, access to lock denied". I have tried to re-boot the system and this did no work. What do I need to do to clear this? I got dev/com1 into this mode when Kermit hung on me(at that point, I had to reset the system to recover). Thanks, Angelo P.S. I am using NetBSD.
