I have CAP running at about PL100, over IPTalk (ie, the server doesn't talk native AppleTalk, so you need an IP-encapsulated-appletalk to IP router) - the patches are fairly minor, and were done by Brendan Murray (BRENDAN@otago.ac.nz) and myself.
