It includes a 'gallery of known villains' (struct rogues gallery[];) that can be used to identify drives that act in strange ways. hopefully we will be able to build up a library of such drives. for each of the four virtual devices, (minors 0-3, 4-7, 8-11 and 12-15) for each device, a differnt density and blocking mode can be specified, and the new version of mt provided (called st temporarily) can change these parameters on the fly for each virtual device) There are some changes to come on this driver, but I thought I'd better get it out while I could.. these include: the rogues gallery should be in a separate .h file, the matching of model name should be able to specify how much of it should be matched.. julian -- osynw@terra.oscs.montana.edu | Still trying to find a good reason for nate@cs.montana.edu | these 'computer' things.
