The Diamond Stealth has a jumper near the back (rear panel slot cover) protion of the card. Remove the jumper, and it won't interfere with IRQ 2 any more (not that I own one personally any more -- my vendor didn't take me serious when I told him *NO DIAMOND*, and I owned one for nearly a week... bletch!).
