I've gotten all sorts of answers to this question so let me clarify:
I want this to run on a Unix machine (that's why I posted it here)
I want people to be able to FTP to anywhere (I've had MANY people
suggest Gopher, but that is only for sites that it points to, right?)
I want people to be able to dial in the their Unix account and
access the software (not run GUI stuff that would be machine
specific, that's why I posted it here)
