I am trying to bring up a slip link via a DEC 90TL terminal server under
NetBSD.

I use the following sequence of commands:

1.	Dialup the server using c-kermit and issue the command

	connect slip

2.	Exit form c-kermit and issue the commands

	slattach /dev/com0
	ifconfig sl0 <port_address> <server_address>
	route add default <gateway_address>

Connections to other hosts on the net via ftp or telnet simply time out.
When I ping another host, I get no response and the modem lights show
data being transmitted but not received.

All of this worked under 386bsd.

Any ideas?
