I use slattach from 386bsd because the version distributed with NetBSD drops DTR & RTS. Does anyone have a substitute for tip - a comms package for example or any other method to autodial and start slattach, preferably something simple. Some time ago I saved a very comprehesive perl script posted by Graham Toal but not being familiar with perl and a rusty/lazy programmer found it too complex Thanks Chris -- Chris Boyes The host unice is my personal system chris@unice.demon.co.uk with IP dial-up Internet service Sutton Surrey UK +44-81-661-9259 provided by Demon Internet Services unice.demon.co.uk is independent of any other xxx.demon.co.uk host
