Date: Tue, 8 Jun 1993 20:46:44 GMT Lines: 22 I am investigating the requirements for installing BSD on my 386 computer and need help in finding an affordable SCSI controller that is known to work with BSD (ie BSD drivers are availble); I have an old SABRE 1.2 Gig external SCSI (given to me by a friend) and has a Differentail type Termination; I see form the installation notes for BSD that they have a Drivers for Adaptec 15422 but I am as to whether this controller supports differential ended drives; I also find that they are relatively expensive and would appreciate having a comparison . If you have any information on how I may get this drive up and running with BSD please send me email; I will later compile responses for posting on the net. -- Best Regards Peter ------------------------------------------------------------------ Peter Walker paw@cs.brown.edu _________________________________________________________________
