Date: 13 Jun 1993 13:50:09 +0200 Organization: Hanse Networking e.V. Hamburg, Germany Lines: 22 Message-ID: <1vf49v$4m@encap.Hanse.DE> NNTP-Posting-Host: encap.hanse.de I'm using the PCFS supplied by patchkit - 0.2.3 and ran into the following troubles: a) if I insert an unformatted disk (that would cause a 'general failure' under DOS) and do a 'mount -t pcfs /dev/fd0a /mnt' I get an error message. But if I repeat the step above the system silently crashes or I get a vm_fault type c, trap type 12. b) I tried to use the pcfs on my harddisk. I added the option 'HDSUPPORT' and had to fix some problems in pcfs_vfsops.c. The kernel compiled fine. I changed my disklabel to include a 'MSDOS' partition, but I still get these 'invalid argument' error message. Has anybody fixes for these problemes ? regards, Jan-Oliver -- Jan-Oliver Neumann <jan@encap.Hanse.DE> (System administrator) Member of Hanse Networking e.V. Hamburg, Germany.
