I just installed a virgin /usr/include and /usr/src hierarchy, then applied
the entire 0.2.3 patchkit. Now, I can't seem to get slip to work.
Specifically, my slattach (Which isn't the basic one, it doesn't need nohup)
tries to ioctl with the TCIOSETD optino, which dies. I commented it out,
then SLIOCSFLAGS gives an "operation not supported" message. I looked
through alot of the kernel source, including if_sl.c and if_slvar.c,
com.c, etc... but I couldn't figure out what was wrong! Any help?

PS My line printer driver no longer works, I have it on interrupt 5 (instead
of 7), but if I change the kernel file to point to irq 5 it still doensn't
work.
