I've redone 19.6, along with the new GNU malloc merge done by Gary Jennejohn (lets lemacs return storage to the system properly). The binaries are currently running on freefall.cdrom.com, and the sources are in our release directory. I'll see what I need to do to put it up for anonymous ftp somewhere.
