Some while ago I posted a question about my 386bsd kernel (0.1 0.2.3) not noticing my printer port. Well, I noticed it does, when the printer is not connected to the port! (no matter whether the printer was on or off, 386bsd wouldn't notice the port if it were connected) So, it's not very serious problem anymore, just VERY annoying. But, when I upgraded to gcc 2.4.3.1, I got another problem. Ghostscript. When I run the newly compiled gs 2.6.1, I receive the following error message: math_emulate: instruction d9fa not implemented Illegal instruction (core dumped). I figured out that the problem could not be in the ghostscript, but in (wrongly compiled?) gcc. Any ideas? Marko
