I've only seen stuff like this if a run a DEC session manager from VMS
displaying on NetBSD. Right shift becomes a shift lock. I haven't seen
a mouse button stuck down, though. I can do just about everything else
that I want to do from VMS except run the session manager. Well, I can't
run the bookreader either; it dies right after drawing its window (I suspect
that it wants a font that isn't there).
