Hmm, we're running fine here with a 3C503, but on a thin wire. Assuming the 3C509 were register-compatible (i don't know), you should do: . config device ec0 at isa? port 0x250 net irq2 iomem 0xd8000 iosiz 8192 vector ecintr (whatever you chose for port/iomem; chose another irq if you suspect problems with you VGA irq line) . ifconfig ec0 inet mumble.foo.do.main aui ^^^ I didn't test it yet, but there had been a patch in 386BSD i assume will be included in NetBSD that will accept this. (Yep, i've just tested it with our BNC-connected boards.
