The new style of NetBSD to include the kernel debugger ddb. This was
"pseudo-device ddb" in 386bsd and is now "options DDB" with the same effect.

This looks like a missing entry in the files.i386 file. "sio.h" relates to the
improved serial line driver, which can replace "com". I am surprised that you got
a kernel built at all.
