	It's a UDP with SLIP in particular configurations problem... It
	is basically happening because the SLIP drivers can't negotiate 
	UDP window size  in the same way they can negotiate TCP window
	size... SO if you and your SLIP server use the same MTU, your SLIP
	server will probably take care of this... Otherwise you're hosed..
