Or for those like myself for whom ftp access is expensive,  you can build
them from the source part of NetBSD 0.8.  You do have to make the script
rmaouthdr executable.  If you don't it will still make the boot blocks,
but..   (perhaps this is why they are bad to begin with,  in a mass making
of everything you might not notice the message that the rmaouthdr was not
executed and it still does leave binaries.)
