Is there any other BSD command reference apart from this that I can get
easily? I heard about the BSD manual at UCB but do not know how to get one.

The troff sources for the net2 release bsd4.3 manuals are avialable on
gatekeeper.dec.com in /pub/bsd-sources-2/share/doc. I've put
ready-to-print (compressed PostScript) copies of everything except the
games on nova nova.cc.purdue.edu in /pub/386bsd/submissions/bsd.manuals:

ls -s:
  82 ps1.06.sysman.ps.Z 21 smm.20.termdesc.ps.Z
 176 smm.01.setup.vax.ps.Z 23 smm.22.timed.ps.Z
  87 smm.02.config.ps.Z 128 usd.04.csh.ps.Z
  16 smm.04.quotas.ps.Z 66 usd.07.Mail.ps.Z
  60 smm.05.fsck.ps.Z 43 usd.09.newsread.ps.Z
  26 smm.06.lpd.ps.Z 46 usd.10.etiq.ps.Z
  89 smm.07.sendmailop.ps.Z 120 usd.11.notes.ps.Z
  15 smm.08.timedop.ps.Z 32 usd.14.edit.ps.Z
  40 smm.10.newsop.ps.Z 96 usd.15.vi.ps.Z
  43 smm.11.named.ps.Z 56 usd.16.ex.ps.Z
  59 smm.14.fastfs.ps.Z 16 usd.21.msdiffs.ps.Z
  79 smm.15.net.ps.Z 46 usd.22.memacros.ps.Z
  41 smm.16.sendmail.ps.Z 42 usd.23.meref.ps.Z

smm.01.setup.vax and smm.02.config are a good place to start. There
isn't a version of smm.01.setup for 386bsd that I know of. Rich
