The problem with w could occur if you stripped your kernel. w definitely works with pk0.2.4 My ___little___ moan about patchkit 0.2.4 is that buildworld fails if you don't install the dict stuff (which is a 90000 series patch, and as such should be optional). The main makefiles depend on dict being there, and make obj fails if it isn't there. (easiest way to fix this is to hack the makefiles to ignore the dict directories.) Otherwise pk0.2.4 looks great - seems to be giving great TCP performance improvements.
