As I understand it, one must only remove the /usr/src tree and restore
it from the 0.1 dist in order to get a "virgin" src tree for a new patch-kit.
Should I also remove/restore files in /usr/include?
How about /dev/MAKEDEV?

Thanks in advance,
  vax (preparing for patch-kit 0.2.4)
