I have a Colorado backup tape drive that works fine under DOS. I was wondering if it is possible to get it working under 386bsd. 386bsd does not seem to recognize the device at all. How can I 1) Make 386bsd recognize the device? 2) Read/Write to the device? I noticed that /dev/wd0 does not exist, even when I use MAKEDEV. /dev/rwd0 exists but is not configured. Also, the /dev/ras* files apparently are not configured either. Any clues would be appreciated at this point in time. Please respond to me via internet using kjm@mlb.semi.harris.com. I will post a summary of responses in this forum. Thanks for any help, -Kevin
