You have certainly not followed the instructions to install such a driver.
You need a correct entry in the files.i386 file, a proper declation of the
mouse driver "psm" in your configuration file, and then run the
config program. psm.h is automatically generated by config in the
/sys/compile/<yourconfig> directory.
