Maybe Dan Quayle was filling in for Bill that day.  It sounds a lot more like
Dan, doesn't it?

Or maybe that is how Bill the Gates (TM) talks.  But it sure doesn't sound like
the usual Bill Gates.  He usually at least SOUNDS LIKE he knows what he's talking
about. 8)
