I think, what BillyBoy was talking about is that NT has a Mach3-similar kernal,
and thus a real UNIX-"shell" can (and probalbly will, at least by third parties)
be easily created upon that as a subsystem like the Posix one.
BTW the Posix-subsystem might really become better as time goes by.
It's still all Beta. Perhaps - in some years - WinNT 4.0 (now it's WinNT 3.1)
which is - I suppose - _Cairo_, will be shipped with a real Unix subsytem.

We'll all see...
I might be totally wrong with that...
