If this happened, then you didn't follow directions and install *all* the
patches from the previous kits.  One of the low 100's patches installs some
stuff into /usr/src that used to be on the /etc distribution, I think.
You don't actually need the /etc distribution, but you do have to install
all the patches from the previous kits before upgrading to 0.2.4.
