As does a Cray YMP, BTW. only swapping is not always a bad thing thing :) Re: IDE vs SCSI: I've got 2 IDE disks in my system at the moment, mainly because I can afford them and can't afford SCSI. I'm also not willing to spend the money on an ISA bus SCSI controller and, since the only bus I have right now is ISA, SCSI will have to wait til I upgrade my whole system to a 486 or 586 next summer. Yes, IDE prices have been dropping. I made a mistake -- I bought my 250 meg conner 2 months ago. If I'd bought it now, I could've gotten a 340 for less than the 250. Oh well. (I'm not too upset, as I've not run out of room on my two disks yet.
